Company Portal - How To

Company Portal is an application available on Intune managed devices where users may download pre-reviewed applications as a self-guided option.

 

Using Windows Search or Mac OS Finder:

Search for Company Portal and open the application which would present as the following icon:

Opening the application as the devices primary user will allow to search for applications, in this example, we will use Foxit PDF Editor

Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)Select the application you wish to Install and select the Install option, which will then download the application to your device for use.

What if my required applications are not available in the Company Portal?
Please submit a ticket to support@unbc.ca and we will work with you to deploy the application(s) to your device. As applications that have not been reviewed will require review by the Acquisition and Assets group in collaboration with the Privacy Office.
