ITS Change Notification – Cherwell was replaced by a new tool effective 4:30 pm March 26th, 2021
There is no action required on your part, however the Customer Support portal and emails from the system will look different. Please continue to use the email address to receive support.  The Customer Portal link can be found at or on
ITS is moving from Cherwell Service Desk Management for several reasons, namely reducing budgetary costs associated with our current Cherwell licensing, and adding continual improvement through upgrades driven by the vendor.  This is also a critical part of using an IT Service Management (ITSM) system to its fullest capabilities.
As the date for this change was March 26th we wanted to let you know that effective 4:30pm Friday March 26th this new ITSM system will be live.
