Microsoft Teams Phone - Migration Information Sessions

ITS will soon begin migrating phone services to Microsoft Teams Phone. To help prepare for this transition, we will be hosting a series of open house sessions where you can learn more about the new system and ask questions.

The in-person and online open houses will feature a demonstration phone and provide an opportunity to make test calls and explore the features of Teams Phone. ITS staff will be available to answer questions about Teams Phone and the migration process.

• Use the Teams desktop app to make and receive phone calls.

• Dial external phone numbers with the same ease as using a desk phone.

• Make long-distance calls without using a long-distance access code.

• Receive voicemails as transcribed messages in your email.

• Enjoy the same phone experience on mobile devices as on the Teams desktop app.

• Switch seamlessly between devices, even during a call.

• Easily manage contacts and communications from a single platform.
