Microsoft has announced the end of life of Internet Explorer as of June 15th, 2022. We encourage you to discontinue its use and make the transition to another supported web browser such as Edge. To make your switch to Microsoft Edge as seamless as possible, you can import data from Internet Explorer and have all your saved favorites, passwords, and other info available to you. There's no need to recreate this data in Microsoft Edge.
To import favorites into Edge:

Open Microsoft Edge and select Settings at the top corner of the window.

Select Favorites > More options > Import favorites.

Under Import from, select the browser from which you want to import your favorites or select Favorites or bookmarks HTML file.

Choose what you want to import from the browser or choose the file you want to import.

When the import is complete, you'll see a notification. Select Done.

If you imported from a file, you'll find your imported favorites in a folder on the Favorites bar. The folder may be called Imported.
To make Edge your default browser in Windows 10:

Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Default apps > Web browser.

Select the icon for the current default browser, and then, in the list, select Microsoft Edge.
To make Edge your default browser in MacOS:

Go to the Apple menu > System Preferences > General > Default web browser.

From the Default web browser list, select Microsoft Edge.
To run Edge in Internet Explorer compatibility mode:

Open Microsoft Edge and select Settings at the top corner of the window.

Select Default Browser from the left column.

Under the heading Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode, select Allow.

Select Restart.

Re-Open Microsoft Edge and select Settings at the top corner of the window.

Select Reload in Internet Explorer mode.
