Viewing your tickets in the Client Portal


 You can use the Client Portal to view, comment on, or update your existing ticket requests.


  1. Navigate to the Client Portal at
  2. In the top right corner, click Sign In
  3. Click Services the menu
  4. On the sub-menu that appears, click Ticket Requests

On this page, you can see all of your ticket requests. Use the filters at the top to view requests by status class, department, service, and more.
To view details about a request, click its name.
