Adding KB Articles and Services To Your Favorites

Overview

If you find yourself regularly referencing a Knowledge Base article or using a service, you can add it to your favorites to quickly access it in the future.

Instructions

Favoriting an Article

  1. Navigate to the Client Portal at http://support.unbc.ca
  2. In the top right corner, click Sign In
  3. Access a Knowledge Base article or Service Catalog page that you would like to favourite
  4. On the right side of the page, click Add to Favorites

Accessing Favorite

Once you have added a service or article to your favourites, you can access your favourites to make any modifications:

  1. Navigate to the Client Portal at http://support.unbc.ca
  2. In the top right corner, click Sign In
  3. At the top of the page, click Services or Knowledge Base, depending on which Favorites you want to view
  4. On the sub-menu that appears, click My Favorites
  5. To open a favourite article or service, click its name
  6. To remove an item from your favorites, click the Remove button to the right of the item
