Digital Transformation Project Work Flow Steps

This is a summary of the Digital Transformation project work flow steps, from request to final approval.

Here is a summary of the project work flow process:

• Requestor completes the project intake form
• Project request review by Digital Transformation
• Sponsor review and budget commitment
• Initial assessment by the Compliance Review team
• Procurement process - request for information (RFI), request for proposal (RFP), or sole-source, if necessary. This is facilitated through Contracts and Supply Chain Management. 
• Vendor assessment
• ITS resource staffing estimate
• Vice-President final approval 
• If final approval is granted, the project request becomes a project. 
• Compliance Review and ITS project work are completed.
• Final compliance check 
• Initiative goes live
• Project implementation complete.
