Project prioritization identifies which requested projects are the most urgent for the University to implement through a process of ranking and scoring projects based on certain criteria. It helps with selecting initiatives that maximize value with the available resources.
The following high-level themes guide the project prioritization process:

- Aligning project goals with UNBC’s long-term vision and mission.

- Enhancing business processes through more effective use of technologies and streamlining steps by reducing waste, inefficiencies, and errors.
