Project prioritization identifies which requested projects are the most urgent for the University to implement through a process of ranking and scoring projects based on certain criteria. It helps with selecting initiatives that maximize value with the available resources.

    • Optimizing systems and services to their best possible state to benefit the University.

    • Empowering teams with the necessary knowledge and skills for generating better quality levels of customer service.
  • Compliance and end of life
    • Preventing disruption to day-to-day business operations by planning accordingly for end-of-life systems or to ensure that compliance is met.
  • Strategic alignment
    • Aligning project goals with UNBC’s long-term vision and mission.
  • Improvement of processes and proficiencies
    • Enhancing business processes through more effective use of technologies and streamlining steps by reducing waste, inefficiencies, and errors.
